Architectural
Design and Drafting

Blue print. Designing a home that will fit your budget is
crucial to the projects success.

time’s costly mistakes are made due to insufficient
communication between the Builder and Architect at conception.
We work closely with You and our Architectural design team to
insure your plans are site specific and represent your Dreams
and your Budget.
Site
Inspections and Surveying
Allow
us to inspect your property before you purchase it. We can
help you determine if the lot you are considering will meet
your requirements. Some lots require excessive site work or
may be in a restrictive area. This can become an unwelcome
surprise as your project progresses; it helps to have a
Certified Building Professional and a Licensed Surveyor
examine your lot for potential problems.
As
your project progresses we will provide the necessary
Compaction, Elevation, and Boundary certificates required by
our local building authorities to ensure your home meets or
exceeds our stringent State and National Building Codes.
Appling for
Building and Zoning Permits.
Once
our Architects and Engineers have Signed and Sealed your
design we will Prepare and submit the proper forms and
certificates needed to obtain your Building Permits. Algonquin
Homes Professionals are in excellent standing with our local
building authorities. Through continuing education we are well
versed in our areas building codes and submission process,
allowing for faster approval times.
Scheduling
Subcontractors and Material Deliveries
In
today’s market often times Subcontractors and Material
suppliers are forced to turn away new customers due to
overwhelming demand for there services and products.
We
have and maintain a professional base of State Certified
Licensed Subcontractors and Material Suppliers. We also keep
in step with the present market and adjust our scheduling and
ordering practices to keep your project on track.
Contrary
to popular belief, new homes and remodeling projects are not
built by a series of subcontractors completing their tasks
sequentially. In fact subcontractors overlap one another at
all stages of construction and often must work together to
accomplish their tasks. Add Inspections and Material
deliveries to your schedule and well, you get the picture it
can get very busy.

Supervising your
Project
Algonquin
homes will supervise the many phases of your project with
State certified Building Professionals. We will make sure the
work is completed timely and correctly.

have a “hands on attitude” and work very closely with our
subcontractors. Our proven process limits costly delays and
insures you receive the top quality work you deserve. We do
not allow our jobsites to run them selves.
Coordinating
Project Visits and Design Meetings
Algonquin
Homes will stay by your side the entire way. We will help you
design and budget your home, and keep you informed as your
project progresses. We will guide you through the design
selection process (fixtures, tile, appliances, etc.) and
explain the timelines to make your selections. We will conduct
formal and informal meetings and schedule visits to the
construction site for your review.
Administration
A
mountain of paperwork can be generated while building a new
home. Algonquin Homes will Track building costs, Prepare Draw
Slips for the lender, Assemble warranty records, Compensate
subcontractors and material suppliers, maintain the proper
certificates necessary to file for inspections and the C/O.
